Dr. Taliyah Martin, DNP, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner at Agave Pediatrics, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents.
Originally from Chicago, Taliyah relocated to Arizona to attend Arizona State University, where she earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees. Her clinical experience includes pediatric home health, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, emergency pediatric medicine, and family-centered primary care.
Her passion for serving children extends beyond Arizona. During her doctoral studies, she participated in medical service trips to Africa, helping provide both clinical care and community health education.
Families appreciate Taliyah’s warm, approachable personality and her commitment to partnering with parents to support every child’s health, development, and well-being. Through Agave Pediatrics, she helps deliver comprehensive pediatric care with an emphasis on prevention, education, and long-term relationships with families.
Whether caring for newborns, toddlers, school-aged children, or teenagers, Taliyah is dedicated to treating every patient with empathy, respect, and individualized attention.
